Position Paper - Statutory Review of Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act 1978 and Regulations

Public consultation relating to the statutory review of the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act 1978 has closed.

The Department appreciates the support and comments received from community, recreational, industry and government advisers, particularly, stakeholders who have provided written comment.

Recommendations for legislative and regulatory amendments to the Act resulting from the review are to be considered by Government.
