Tender Regulations Amendments
The Local Government (Functions and General) Amendment Regulations 2007 were published in the Government Gazette on February 2, 2007 and came into operation on March 30, 2007. The amendments increase the current tender threshold from $50,000 to $100,000 and require local governments to have a purchasing policy for amounts under the new threshold.
