LGAB Annual Report 2006/2007
The Local Government Advisory Board’s annual report focuses on the activities of the Board during the 2006/2007 financial year. Structural reform of local government continues to gather momentum with the Board recommending the amalgamation of the Shire and Town of Northam and the City of Geraldton with the Shire of Greenough. The Board is confident that the efforts of these local governments in addressing structural reform will encourage other local governments to pursue structural reform initiatives.

LGAB Annual Report 2005
The 2005 Local Government Advisory Board report focuses on ward boundaries. Representation remained a major focus for the Board throughout the last year, in preparation for the May 2005 local government elections. In all, thirty-two reports of reviews of ward boundaries and representations were assessed during this reporting period.
